Q: When I try to select a plan there are no plans to select.

A: There are a few things to check

1. Confirm that you have entered all the required information above the plan selection dropdown.
2. Confirm the accuracy of the information entered.
   • Does your information match what your insurer has on file?
     • Example: Bob Vs Robert
3. Check for trailing spaces after entries, these may cause issues.
4. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please contact your Health Plans customer service.

Q: When I tried to add the pass, I got an error asking me to wait 3 seconds.

A: Wait a few moments (3 seconds or more) and tap the submit button again.

Q: I don’t know how to view the back of my pass.

A: To view the back of a pass, for both Google and Apple there are three dots located in the top right-hand corner of the pass which will allow you to view the back or details of the pass.

Q: How to download a Digital version of a traditional ID and Share it with a provider?

A: Each plan can vary slightly, but the following is a basic guide to complete this action.

1. Navigate to the back of the Pass and tap on Member Portal, located toward the bottom.
2. This will open your plans member portal, where you will need to log in or register if you have not already done so.
3. Next, we will navigate to the ID card section of the portal to download and open an image of your ID Card.
4. Once opened the image will have all the share capabilities of your mobile device, such as SMS, E-mail, and other applications.
